Your wholesale order ships with sellable inventory. Nothing is charged when you order; products and outbound shipping are included on the same Net-60 invoice.
Put the products on your counter and watch sell-through. For eligible returns within 31 days of delivery, the retailer purchases a trackable return label and submits tracking. The product balance is adjusted after receipt and inspection.
The return window closes after day 31. Inventory kept after that point is a finalized sale. The adjusted product balance and outbound shipping are due 60 days from delivery.
Returns, payment terms, and shipping are subject to the signed wholesale agreement and account eligibility.
